I just can't understand the logic of being locked up in jail inside a game, specially this kind of game, i mean, they have the knowledge that he has been inside the game for 10 days straight and know thats impossible, so why imprison him inside a type of jail? Or is this just one of those things you are not supposed to ask.

That is supposed to prevent your game character from running around and spread more mischief or chaos, I guess.

I have grown to like Sora

Yeah, a bit cliched in his cocky/aggressive attitude, but so far I prefer him to Crim by a far margin: at least he seems to have some debt more than your average Goku-like simple-minded unstoppable hero for good.
